These terms apply to this website and to the Finroom app, provided by Minimum Code TL, Vienna ("we").

Finroom is in development

The website describes a product we are building. It is information, not an offer. Features may change or not be available yet. A paid service is only agreed in a separate written contract.

The app

Access to the app is by invitation. Its demo company and all its figures are fictional. Use it to try Finroom, not for real bookkeeping or decisions. Do not upload real company or personal data unless we have agreed this with you in writing.

Not tax advice

Nothing on this website or in the app is tax, legal or investment advice. Finroom is not a tax adviser.

Liability

We provide the website and the app as they are. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are not liable, as far as the law allows.

Law and courts

Austrian law applies, without its conflict of law rules. The courts of Vienna, Austria, have jurisdiction, unless the law gives consumers another court.
