Privacy policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process on this website and in the Finroom app, and why. We keep it short and only collect what we need.

Who is responsible

Minimum Code TL, Fleischmarkt 16/43, 1010 Vienna, Austria, tom@minimum-code.com (see the imprint).

What we process and why

  • Contact form: your name, email, company, your answers and your message, to reply to you and to prepare a demo or a partnership (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). To stop spam we keep a one way hash of your internet address for 30 days. We delete requests after 12 months if no business relationship follows.
  • App accounts: your email address and login data, to give you access to the app (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Changes you make in the app are logged with your email address, so every change can be traced. The demo companies in the app use fictional data only.
  • Login without access: if you try to log in with an email address that has no access yet, we keep that address, how you tried and when, to invite you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete it 12 months after your last try.
  • AI in the app: when switched on, an AI model reads uploaded documents, sorts payments and writes summaries. If you connect your own AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) with an access key, that assistant reads the figures of your company under your agreement with its provider.
  • Server logs: technical data such as your internet address and browser, kept by our hosting provider for security and to run the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. When you log in to the app, we set the cookies needed to keep you logged in and one that remembers which company you opened. Fonts are served from our own server.

Service providers

We use processors under data processing agreements:

  • Vercel Inc. (hosting; our functions run in Dublin, Ireland).
  • Supabase Inc. (database and login, stored in Ireland).
  • Resend Inc. (email delivery: contact requests to our team, and summaries from the app).
  • Anthropic PBC (the AI model Claude, when AI is switched on in the app). Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

These are US companies. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or transfer of your data, ask us to restrict its use, and object to it. Email tom@minimum-code.com. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
